7 Sessions over time period of Dec 3rd 2024 - Jan 28th 2025 Session are every Tuesday. 4:00-5:00 PM NO TRAINING Dec 24th and Dec 31st We offer 1 Make Up Session Must be used during the current session. Must get Approved. Sessions will be held at Indoor Facility 8305 Merrifield Ave Suite F Sports-specific training regimen to improve speed, direction change, explosiveness, quickness, and overall fitness level

Please keep in mind these sessions are only for the duration of the package dates and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you want flexibility, please purchase the Flex Pass which allows you to train in any session we have available. If you will NOT be attending training please send me a text (703) 231-6519 no later than 24hrs in advance so we can provide the appropriate trainers needed for the session.
