Service Description

5 Sessions over time period of Feb 5th 2025 - March 5th 2025 Session are every Weds. 5:00-6:00 PM We offer 1 Make Up Session Must be used during the current session. Must get Approved. Sessions will be held at Indoor Facility 8305 Merrifield Ave Suite F Sports-specific training regimen to improve speed, direction change, explosiveness, quickness, and overall fitness level

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind these sessions are only for the duration of the package dates and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you will NOT be attending training please send me a text (703) 231-6519 no later than 24hrs in advance so we can provide the appropriate trainers needed for the session.
