8 Sessions over time period of Dec 7th 2023 - Jan 25th 2024 Session are every Thursday. 7-8 PM Sessions will be held at Peak Performance Indoor Facility 8305 Merrifield Ave Fairfax Sports-specific training regimen to improve speed, direction change, explosiveness, quickness, and overall fitness level

Please keep in mind these sessions are only for the duration of the package dates and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you want flexibility, please purchase the Flex Pass which allows you to train in any session we have available.
