Get the most of your speed, agility, and quickness training across 8 sessions. No training on December 27th. Feb 7 & 14 are make up days if needed. Make up days are for weather related cancellations not individual conflicts.

Please keep in mind these sessions are only for the duration of the package dates and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you want flexibility, please purchase the Flex Pass which allows you to train in any session we have available. If you will NOT be attending training please send me a text (703) 231-6519 no later than 24hrs in advance so we can provide the appropriate trainers needed for the session.
